Croatia Ports & Marinas: Directory with Boat Rentals

Croatia’s coast is a single, connected cruising ground—from Istria and Kvarner down through the island-rich counties of Zadar, Šibenik-Knin, Split-Dalmatia and Dubrovnik-Neretva. This page gathers everything in one place so you can plan fast and sail smarter. For each region you’ll find concise port and marina summaries with depth and approach notes, mooring options, shelter, core services (water/power, fuel, repairs), clearance points, nearby anchorages, and direct access to boat rentals/charter bases in that region.

Marina Punat - Nautical - Croatia

Use the Table of Contents to jump straight to a region, then scan the “at a glance” line for each port to compare max LOA/draft, facilities and booking links. Where helpful, we highlight local navigation tips and links to nearby islands or bays worth a stop.

Best timing is June–September, with quieter shoulder months in May and October. Expect a regular summer maestral in the afternoons, and stay alert for stronger bura (NE) and jugo (SE) systems. Conditions, fees and regulations can change—always check the latest forecast and confirm berth and fuel availability directly with the marina or harbor office before arrival.
